Jump to Shipping Jump to Store SHIRTS What brands do you print on? All WEEDS APPAREL garments are printed on either American apparel 100% cotton, Onno Brand bamboo or Onno Brand hemp. How do I know what size shirt to order? Each product page has links to sizing charts. Refer to these charts and any special instructions given per product. I ordered two shirts of the same size, why is one smaller? Many of the designs are printed on different style shirts. Check the product description for any special sizing notes. Will you notify me when you release a new design or restock a current design? Of course, an e-mail notification will be sent to you whenever something new happens but only if you chose to sign-up for that option. Also, keep tabs on our blog as well as the web-site for updates about our products as well as occasional sales and specials. Do you accept designs from third parties? No, all of our designs are WEEDS APPAREL originals, designed by WEEDS APPAREL artists. How do I wash my Shirt? Machine wash in cold water inside-out, tumble dry low and use a warm iron on the reverse side of the print if necessary. You should default to the garments washing instructions if different from above. SHIPPING How long does it take for shirts to arrive? We print in 3 week cycles allowing us to compile larger quantities of the same designs. This allows us to help keep cost of the product as low as possible. Once orders are produced, we then ship them to the required destinations. Standard shipping for orders in the contiguous US takes 5-10 business days. International orders usually take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. What shipping method do you use? Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via UPS. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. How much does shipping cost? FREE SHIPPING within continental United States. Any orders shipped outside of the U.S. will be charged an additional $2.00 per shirt. *Please note: Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Due to our printing schedule, rush orders will not be accepted at this time. Due to high volume requests, orders will be shipped every 3 weeks. Do you ship internationally? This store uses Google Checkout for payments, and Google Checkout automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). What forms of payment do you accept? We gladly accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments, all through Google Checkout. Do I need a Google Checkout account to purchase from this store? You will only need to have a Google account to use google checkout. If you do not have one already, you make create one. What is your return policy? Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. In general, unworn shirts can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase.
